Enmas Andritz is a Joint venture company between Enmas Engineering – 60% and ANDRITZ OY, Finland – 40% since 2003.
This group had a Technical collaboration agreement with Ahlstorm Machinery – Finland company since 1989 and converted as a Joint venture company with Enmas Process Technologies from 1996 – 2003 as Enmas Ahlstorm Pvt Ltd. and was serving the Indian Paper & Pulp market as a Monopoly.
This company has been renamed as Enmas Andritz from 2003 after taking over of Ahlstrom by an Austrian company ANDRITZ.
